After 12 wonderful years of raising our family in Rock Springs Ridge, we decided it was time to downsize. After months of searching for a home on our own, picking up the phone and calling Joe was the best thing that we could have ever done. With the both of us being second time home buyers, we thought we knew what we were doing. What very little did we still not know. PREPARATION - We met with you and another real estate agent before deciding which agent we wanted to work with. Basically you won the game during that first meeting. When we saw the work you did and the time you spent preparing for our first meeting, the reference material you brought with you to share with us, the clarity of your presentation and the confidence you exhibited during the meeting showed us that you were the right man for the job. You won the contest that day on our dining table. EXECUTION / ACTION - But you didn't stop there; that was just the beginning. You immediately proceeded to prepare for the marketing of the home. The website you developed specifically for our property was first class. Your idea of quantifying and highlighting the extras we added to the house when we purchased was a brilliant move. The fact that you took the time to develop an Excel spreadsheet with all the details and cost figures showed me that you were going to work hard to sell our home. COMMUNICATION - I believe one of the key aspects of any relationship or agreement is open and effective communication. You definitely excelled on this part as well. You always kept us informed and in the loop of what was going on with the showings. Your feedback from other agents after showings was very important as it gave us a good measure of how marketable our home was.
